On custom-made products, all sales are final. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. In that case, you may return it for an exchange. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product via our mailing address by adding your order number. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email with the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will send you a new item.
